Let me start with the first five signs:
1. 一 means "one" and is read:
On-Yomi:
a) イチ (ichi), e.g. 一月 (いちがつ) / January
b) イツ (itsu), e.g. 一気に (いっきに) / at a breath, at a stretch, at a stroke, at a dash, nonstop
Kun-Yomi:
c) ひと (hito), e.g. 一言も言わずに (ひとこともいわずに) / without a word, in silence
d) ひとつ (hitotsu), e.g. 一つ (ひとつ) / one, a piece
2. 右 means "right" and is read:
On-Yomi:
a) ウ (u), e.g. 右折車線 (うせつしゃせん) / the lane for turning to the right
b) ユウ (yuu), e.g. 左右 (さゆう) / right and left
Kun-Yomi:
c) みぎ (migi), e.g. 右手(みぎて) / the right hand
3. 雨 means "rain" and is read:
On-Yomi:
a) ウ (u), e.g. 雨季 (うき) / the rainy season
Kun-Yomi
b) あめ (ame), e.g. 雨が降りそう (あめがふりそう) / It looks like rain.
c) あま (ama), e.g. 雨雲(あまぐも) / a rain cloud
4. 円 means "circle" or "yen" and is read:
On-Yomi:
a) エン (en), e.g. 円満(えんまん) / peaceful, harmonious
Kun-Yomi:
b) つぶら (tsubura), e.g. 円らな瞳(つぶらなひとみ) / beady eyes
c) まる(い) (maru[i])
5. 王 means "king" or "prince" and is read:
On-Yomi:
オウ (ou), e.g. 女王(じょおう) / Queen
